“The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck is certainly one of the best business book ever for entrepreneurs and people who want to succeed rightly. The content is just brilliant.”
—Caroline Berteaux, February 2013, Switzerland

The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck is a comic book story by Don Rosa that follows the main events of Scrooge McDuck's life from his childhood. This book explains how Scrooge McDuck built his empire by starting from zero. It is possible that Andrew Carnegie served as a model for Scrooge McDuck.

Scrooge McDuck is a cartoon character created in 1947 by Carl Barks. He is an elderly Scottish anthropomorphic white duck. He is the world's richest person and he is often portrayed as a charitable and thrifty hero, adventurer, explorer and philanthropist.
